The Wire
Since there was no football on this past weekend (NONE) I had to find something to entertain myself. That something was HBO’s very under-rated show The Wire. Some people have been talking about it for a while, but I never listened. Kinda like how I’ve never listened on Deadwood either. That theme just doesn’t really appeal to me, but I’m sure when I actually do watch it it’ll rock just as hard.
Anyway, I’ve been watching some of season 1 and, since I finally have an apartment now, have the season 4 episodes On Demand. The show is awesome and if you’re not watching it you should. It’s about life in West Baltimore, but don’t let the fact that Baltimore is such a garbage city turn you off.
