So soon. Sooo soon. I can’t wait. There’s going to be so much craziness, all of which will be chronicled with pictures and updates. I’ll be taking the laptop with me, but I’ll only be able to update if/when I can find some sort of free wireless signal out there.

I’ve decided about $1k should be plenty for gambling, poker, drinking, and general partying. I really don’t want to dip back into my roll, so I’m going to try to earn it by the time I leave. I have a little more than 2 weeks from today, so it really shouldn’t be TOO hard as long as I put in the effort. I figure there are enough casinos on the strip, that at least one of them will let me gamble away a few hundred dollars even if I will be a few days shy of 21.

Also, I doubt that I’m going to go out to some of the clubs with everybody, just because I don’t want to press my luck. Instead, I’ll probably use those times to go to one of the poker rooms, since I’m sure very few of the others (actually, probably nobody) is going to be playing cards that don’t involve the words “Hit” and “Stay.” It’ll be my chance to actually make money on the trip, and maybe even offset some of the gambling I do after a Corona or 14.

Also, Matt, you were saying something about that house in Atlanta. If there’s a room open, let me know, I haven’t seen you online.
